Before you write

A page shows Approved but was edited. Open the page once — the app re-verifies on view and will correct itself. If it still shows Approved, send us the page URL.

The lock did not apply. Open the byline popup and look for LOCK_FAILED. The app falls back to soft mode when Confluence refuses a restriction change, most often because of existing restrictions it will not overwrite. Send us the audit trail.

An approver cannot approve. Only accounts listed as approvers on that page can decide. Re-request approval with the right people.

Editing is still blocked after a page went stale. The app releases only the restriction it applied. Restrictions added by someone else remain, by design. Check the page's restriction settings.

Nothing renders. Confirm the app is installed and that your licence is active. Existing approval records stay readable without a licence; only changes are blocked.

Reporting a bug

Send the page URL, what you expected, what happened, and the audit trail from the byline popup. That trail usually contains the answer.

Feature requests

Email them. We are deliberately narrow: this app does approvals with version binding and locking. We do not plan multi-step conditional workflows, electronic signatures, or regulatory validation.
